We are all souls inhabiting a physical body. The main reason why you struggle with anxiety is because you have lost your soul connection, and you are relying on your mind, or your brain (which we discussed in the previous video), which is faulty, to give you solace or solutions.
In this fourth video I explain how you can shift your mind from anxiety to possibility.
When you get out of your memory, you allow yourself to open up to opportunity and guidance. Doing this requires you to first acknowledge your physicality, so that you can connect to your soul.
