We always think that a problem is outside of ourselves.
Your spouse who doesn't understand you
Your weight is a result of processed foods
Your childhood has left it's mark
The economy sucks
and so on...
The reality is that every problem you are having in your life is YOUR problem. The external event is just showing you that you have a problem with it.
