We all know that feeling. You know you have something important to do, you might even want to be doing it, but for some reason you just cant' bring yourself around to doing it. You will rather play Candy Crush, watch 10 YouTube videos or sort out your drawers. Maybe even a root canal would be more exciting.
Procrastination is the opposite of productivity. It eats away your time, leaving you feeling like you have let yourself down at the end of the day.
Everyone knows that productive people get the job done. They don't procrastinate, they act today. Why? Because they know the trap of procrastination. It's the same as immediate gratification.
When you act on impulse because you are hungry or emotional, you land up eating the wrong foods, or saying the wrong things. We act on things that meet our survival needs, not on the things that meet our spiritual needs. The things that will ultimately fulfil you in the long run.
Productive people have got a deeper drive, because they have associated not doing the work with more pain than actually doing the work. It's all about mindset and focusing on long-term.

When you connect with what makes you feel good, then your vibration is higher. If you remain in a high energy vibration, you will manifest whatever it is you want to you faster.

Your emotional vibration attracts people, circumstances and events to you that are of the same emotional vibration. Your thoughts create your emotional state, so you if you want to change your life then all you need to do is to change your thoughts about it.
Most people focus on what they don't want, rather than on what will make them happy. They look at how miserable their work, their partner or their health makes them, thus creating more stress, more anger, more frustration. The problem is that you can't stop thoughts from coming into your head, and you may have programmed your mind for so long to think negatively that it doesn't know another way.
