When I was growing up my parents were addicted to tranquilizers. Just because they are legally prescribed by the doctor, doesn't mean that they are not harmful. They are still drugs, and they are highly addictive.
As a child in high school, my parents were not available to me. There is not a lot of feedback from the children of drug addiction, and how it directly impacts on their life.
I made a short video not to show me as a victim, but rather to help you take responsibility in your life, and empower yourself.

Most people know what a life coach does, but transformation coaching is not clearly understood. Here is a brief explanation and a summary of the difference between the two.
A Life Coach
A life coach is someone who will help you set goals, discuss objectives and help you with current life problems. Life coaching is mostly objective and is about taking action, discussing ideas, planning and executing.
A Transformation Coach
A transformation coach focuses on getting to the root of the problem, changing your life from the inside, rather than the outside. You identify patterns in your life and heal them once and for all. There is no outward action required, rather a letting go of negative emotions that are keeping you back.
Once you have cleared your 'baggage' then it's time to set goals and use the internal inspiration that you have discovered.
Some people think that transformation is airy-fairy, but nothing could be further from the truth. You only have one life, and how you live it, depends on how you perceive it. When you are grounded, know who you are, and you are connected with the flow of life, you will experience true fulfillment, rather than external rewards.
It is important to first change your patterns, before you set your goals, otherwise it is an uphill battle and requires tremendous effort and willpower. This is the reason most diets fail.
I hope this helps:)
